Space For Rent
Our space is in a semi-industrial building located in a residential area. We have been using it for workshops since 2006 and have had about 200 workshops held here. We own the space and if you rent it, please use it with respect and care.
Rental rates (From 1 July 2024)
- Rental for 1 day $650 (8am – 6pm)
- Rental for 2 consecutive days $1200 (8am – 6pm)
- Rental for 3 days + above at $550/day (8am – 6pm). This rate is only for consecutive day workshops.
- Additional $50/hr for each hour after 6pm.
- Rental for 1/2 day (4 hrs) $450
- Set up – You can enter the premises for up to 2 hours the day before the workshop to do your setup (subject to our schedule/availability)
Additional cost
- Rental of massage tables @ $5/table/day.

- ergonomic Vitra and Kartell chairs
Capacity
- The space is good for up to 26 participants.
