Reversing and Increasing
When the diagonal mediator flow intermingles with the body’s circulation layers or depth circulation flows, disharmonised energy moves deeper and deeper into the body. As it penetrates each layer or depth, various signs and symptoms begin to appear.
Reversing and increasing the depth are techniques used to harmonise the body’s layered or deep energy systems.
Reversing: This refers to reversing the flow that causes the accumulation of tension and stagnation in the body.
Increasing: This means increasing the flow of energy toward the area of accumulation and tension in order to clear blockages and support repair.
Methods of Correction
When the Diagonal Mediator circulation flow intermingles with the fatigue flow, it can cause the Main Central Source (MCS), Supervisory Energy Flow (SF), and Diagonal Mediator Energy Flow (MF) to fall out of harmony.
Three Methods of Correction were developed by Jiro Murai to correct or adjust these flows and restore balance:
- Mediator – First Method of Correction (1st MOC)
- Supervisor – Second Method of Correction (2nd MOC)
- Main Central Source – Third Method of Correction (3rd MOC)
These methods help bring the flows back into a harmonious state.
As stated by Jiro Murai:
“Application of any one of these three flows may be sufficient to reverse a lifetime of disharmony.”

Course Cancellation Policy:
- Upon registration, $150 is non-refundable.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the course commences, 50% non-refundable.
- Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the course commences, 100% non-refundable.
- No refund will be given if you do not complete any part of the 6-day course.
- If the books have already been received by the student, the cost of the books will be added to the non-refundable fee.
- The Living Well Workshop Co. Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, all money paid will be refunded in full. We will not be responsible for any travel expenses – air ticket, hotel, etc. – paid by the registrant.
