The Art of Jin Shin is an Energy Healing Modality that originated in Japan. It stems from ancient traditions, and focuses on harmonizing body, mind and spirit.
We use our hands and apply them to different locations (SELs) on the body to allow for free flow of energy. As a result, the body can function optimally and heal itself.

In this Program, you will learn and understand about the building of the body from Source Energy to our physical body. You will learn the practical applications to give a complete session to a client. Through hands-on training, you will gain a solid understanding of the practical applications of the Art of Jin Shin with its Sequences, Organ Flows, and Adjustments that make up the technique. PCP offers you the knowledge and practical skills to begin your path as a Practitioner.
The required learning materials include The Core Textbook I ( Foundational Principles ), The Core Notebook, and The Art of Jin Shin to supplement alongside your learning journey.
*Books are not included in repeat student’s fees.
The Program includes all the necessary aspects to practice the Art:
- History of the Art of Jin Shin
- Key Concepts, including
- Life Force, Breath, Environmental Factors, Touch, Connection to Source, How to Expand Awareness, What are We Feeling For.
- Understanding two different types of energy (Universal, Ki Eki & Individual, Tai Eki) and how it affects us;

Prerequisite
The Art of Jin Shin Self Help classes (in-person) or Beginnings online class

Jin Shin Institute was founded in 1992 by Pamela Markarian Smith in California. Since 2015, Alexis Brink has been the Director of Jin Shin Institute now located in New York City. Alexis holds the same philosophy as Mary Burmeister and Pamela Markarian Smith, that Jin Shin is a healing art which is important to keep practicing, teaching and sharing to create continued awareness around the world, for generations to come. Alexis taught the first PCP in Singapore in May/June 2023. Tan Siew Kim has been teaching the PCP classes since 2024.

Course Cancellation Policy:
- Upon registration, $150 is non-refundable.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the course commences, 50% non-refundable.
- Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the course commences, 100% non-refundable.
- No refund will be given if you do not complete any part of the 6-day course.
- If the books have already been received by the student, the cost of the books will be added to the non-refundable fee.
- The Living Well Workshop Co. Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, all money paid will be refunded in full. We will not be responsible for any travel expenses – air ticket, hotel, etc. – paid by the registrant.
