Testimonials

” As a Rolfing practitioner, I’ve found lymphatic drainage therapy to be a powerful complement to my work. Clients often feel lighter, less puffy, and more at ease after each session. It supports their body’s natural ability to release tension and improve circulation, which helps enhance the overall effectiveness of structural work. It’s gentle yet effective, and blends beautifully with structural bodywork. I highly recommend it as part of any wellness routine.
— Charmaine Chua, Certified Rolfer®

” Both the CST & LDT classes have helped broaden my awareness about our fascinating human body. Both the craniosacral system and lymphatic system are often neglected systems of the body as not many practitioners were taught to feel its subtle movements. The more I listen and practice, the more I feel and notice, the more both my clients and I are able to understand what is going on. I love how safe and comfortable both CST & LDT sessions are and how it has benefited clients in need of such treatments. It has been an honor to be able to connect with individuals and one’s inner wisdom.
— Cheah Hui Lin, PT

” LDT1 was hailed “favourite course” by someone I know which made me very curious as it didn’t sound as ground breaking but the technique blew my mind. Just doing simple lymph drainage on the face could make such an aesthetic difference might still be what’s jaw dropping for me. This is a technique I do everyday whether at home for my constipated elderly father or for patients who only come to see me for this technique (this can range from knee pain to cancer). All ground breaking techniques that changed the way I practice for the past 20 years and I love the integration of all the systems now in my practice. LDT and VM/Brain classes are definitely the missing piece of the puzzle in our daily clinical practice.
— Belinda Ting, DPT,FAAOMPT,OCS,CSCS

” The instructors from VM, NM, CST, LDT and a series of advanced courses are highly experienced and knowledgeable. We have plenty of hands-on guidance with Q&A time to related to clinical cases. I learned advanced skills in tissue palpation “listen-follow” to detect tissue restrictions and feel fluid movements to evaluate and provide manual treatments for my clients with various pain and mobility issues. The results of the work also facilitate better exercise outcomes which motivate my clients to continue their home exercises. My work as a physiotherapist cannot be more fulfilling and fun without the inspiration and knowledge I gained from all these workshops!
