This two-day workshop will focus on integrating your therapeutic skills to a new level both in the direction of treating common and complex clinical issues in the clinic, and with respect to your own development as a therapist.
Day 1 Session A – Focus on treating TMJ disorders.
TMJ disorders are common in modern society and may originate from stress and lifestyle, Injury with trauma to face and jaw, dental and psychological factors. The impact of TMJ disorders relates both to the quality of life reaching from chronic pain to social functioning. Here we explore the treatment of TMJ integrating several levels of CST.
Day 1 Session B – Unresolved Brain Concussion
A blow or jolt to the head can cause a concussion (mild traumatic brain injury). When symptoms last for a longer period, it’s considered an unresolved post-concussion syndrome. The individual is often affected on physical, cognitive and emotional areas with a complex area of symptoms. Here we address some of the most common reasons for the unresolved brain concussion and practice an integrative CST approach to treating the condition.
Day 2 Session A
Exploring the relations between self-healing potential and consciousness in the CST treatment with focus on the role and practice as a therapist.
Day 2 Session B
Using rhythms to improve health of the client and in your own daily life. Different types of rhythms will be introduced and practiced.
